Kennedy focuses on using Pilates principles to encourage improved mobility, strength, and flexibility in her clients. She teaches a dynamic approach to classical Pilates movements, which keeps her classes exciting and tough. You will definitely feel the burn! Kennedy’s main goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment in the studio so that clients of all abilities feel empowered to challenge themselves and improve their health and wellbeing.

For my own training, I love a combination of Reformer classes as well as lifting in the gym. I really enjoy the mix of strength training, mobility work, core stability, and flexibility exercises throughout my training.
My number one bucket list item at the moment is to travel to Iceland to see the northern lights!
A fun fact about me is that I have flown a plane before.
An achievement I’m very proud of is that I have recently completed my MSc in Forensic Psychology (with Distinction)!
