Ilona lives her life through the teachings of Yoga, and brings her clients along on a journey to discover themselves through mindful movement. Not only will you feel challenged in her classes and “feel the burn,” but you will feel uplifted after one session, and if you keep coming, you will start to build a greater connection to yourself. Ilona helps her group and private clients learn to implement exercise into their lives as a form of nourishment, not punishment.

Ilona

What is your favourite way to train?

I am all about listening to my body. Some days I am craving a sweaty interval run, others just a gentle walk and stretching. My week of exercise is a blend of running, walking, reformer pilates and yoga - and I can’t pick a favourite!

What is the number one thing on your bucket list?

To be able to hold a handstand indefinitely (or whatever yoga pose I am currently working on)

Tell us a fun fact / something we don't know about you!

I used to be a fashion model, and my face was on the side of a bus!

Something you are proud of?

Having the courage to quit my day job, pursue my passions and start my own business (and making a living at it)!!
