Caitlin

Reformer & Mat Pilates + Head of Wellness

Caitlin is a STOTT trained instructor whose love for Pilates started after being diagnosed with endometriosis and having to find different ways to move her body to reduce flare-ups. After seeing the impact Pilates had on not only her physical health but also her mental health, she decided to become an instructor herself so she could share her passion for Pilates with others. Caitlin has a patient and determined approach, creating a supportive environment for clients to develop a stronger connection to their bodies, improving mobility, flexibility, alignment, and strength. As Head of Reformer and Wellness, Caitlin is excited to transform the wellness studio into a brighter, more inviting space. With plans to redecorate and organise the studio, she aims to create an uplifting atmosphere where clients feel inspired and energised.

Q&A with
Caitlin

What is your favourite way to train?

I am slightly biased but my favourite way to train is through Pilates, I love the balance it provides between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The combination of breath and movement allows me to tune into my body and focus on alignment, which helps not only in my physical practice but in my mental clarity too.

What is the number one thing on your bucket list?

One of the top things on my bucket list is to do a wellness retreat in Bali or somewhere in Southeast Asia. I love the idea of immersing myself in a tranquil environment, connecting with nature, and focusing on self-care.

Tell us a fun fact / something we don't know about you!

I’m a huge animal lover and have two Boston Terriers, Wiggles and Wally. They’re full of personality—Wiggles loves to play tug of war, while Wally’s always up for a snuggle!

Something you are proud of?

I'm really proud of making the jump from HR to become a Pilates instructor. It was a big leap, but following my passion for wellness has been so rewarding. Now I get to help others feel better physically and mentally every day, and that’s something I truly value.
