Ashton is a passionate yoga teacher and fitness instructor. She enjoys seeing members improve their overall wellbeing through exercise and movement. She always encourages members to use their feeling state into whatever movement they are doing, to truly incorporate and enhance their mind, body and breath connection. Ashton loves all types of exercise, from slow-flow yoga to a fast-paced HIIT class and everything in-between. Cultivating a heart-centred, exercise-centred life is integral to a full life for her and all those she teaches.

What is your favourite way to train?

While I love a yoga class, I thoroughly enjoy getting out of my comfort zone and exploring different movements, so while you might find me on the teacher's mat, you can also find me loving a high-energy fury class!

What is the number one thing on your bucket list?

To undertake a trek in the Himalayas to Everest Base

Tell us a fun fact / something we don't know about you!

I am a trained response team volunteer for an international disaster relief charity and I can get a call at a moment's notice to deploy to a disaster anywhere in the world.

Something you are proud of?

Completing a triathlon when I can barely ride a bike - that was definitely empowering!
