About the class

Strength & Reform is the first of it's kind. A hybrid strength class that uses the reformer pilates beds to incorporate exercies on the bed that focus on building muscle tone and core strength. During this session you will spend 50% of the class on the reformer pilates beds and 50% of the time working on bodyweight strength moves. This class is suitable for those who have previously used a refomrer pilates bed.
