Our Pilates classes are focused on improving your flexibility, building core strength and developing stabilisation throughout your entire body.You will feel the burn in your muscles whilst keep impact low and in a nice calming environment. Think abs and glutes here as we make sure every class gets them firing up.  All our classes are mat based, we offer both traidional pilates and fitness pilates so check out the timetable to find a class that suits you.
