Our Fitlife Academy provides a safe haven for developing physical literacy and self-esteem.
The goal of our academy is to get children & teengers to fall in love with excerise that is not sports specific so that they are build healthy habits that will last a life time.
The by-product of the sessions and the environment created allows the students to progress at a comfortable pace whilst encouraging social interaction and high amounts of effort.
The biggest compliment to the Fitlife Academy has been the consistency of participation, resulting with a high percentage of graduates continuing their love of exercise by becoming gym members.
The programme focuses on age-related exercises and activities that aim to improve strength and fundamental movement skills.
Fitlife Academy Infants - for children in Reception - Years 1 & 2

Fitlife Academy Plus - for school years 10 & 11
The goal of the Fitlife academy plus is to progress each individual into competent and confident gym users. We focus on exerice selection, technique and gym etiquite.
A minumum of 6 academy plus sessions is required to be signed off by the instructor to be able to use the gym solo.
