I was lucky enough to have a career in professional sport, which meant i had to keep fit for a living. From this career i learnt that our physical capacity can form the basis of our performance in life. I believe that this ethos isn’t just for athletes, but for everyone. Exercise shouldn’t just be done so you look good naked, but also for clarity of mind, enjoyment, and to energise and enhance your every day performance, whether that be performance at work, being more active with your children or running a marathon. The fact is, when we feel fit, life really does become awesome.
