I became interested in nutrition during my first year at University when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I wanted to find a way that I could relieve my symptoms without relying on drugs. I had always been aware of the way food affected my body due to being diagnosed with IBS a couple of years prior so I knew the impact food can and does have when it comes to our health.
I qualified as a Nutritional Adviser for Physical Activity, Nutritional Therapist and then as a MNU Certified Nutritionist which enables me to now do a ‘job’ that I love and is my passion! There is nothing more I love than being able to help people every day and see the positive impact nutrition can have on not only their body, but also their mindset and life!
With me, there is no gimmicks, pills, or ‘ diets.’ Just real nutrition evidence and advice that you can implement into your life for the long term. Whether you want help with fat loss, your gut health, performance in the gym, or building muscle – I can help! 🙂
