I fell in love with sport the moment I sat on my first horse. As the years progressed I competed nationally at tetrathlon (running, swimming, riding, shooting) and the multi discipline gave me the understanding of training in different forms. Even though my competing days are over, I still keep variety in my exercise routine and love to train in a number of different ways to keep myself as fit as I can be. I qualified as a primary school teacher and am passionate at helping people progress and achieve.
