Queen of Spin

As a hyper child my mum was always driving me to gymnastics, swimming, horse riding etc. Now as a hyper adult I still have loads of energy to burn so being a fitness instructor  is the perfect job for me.

I fell in love with group exercise after attending Bodycombat and Spinning classes so qualified as an instructor in 2003. I teach a wide variety of classes such as Spinning, RPM, Bodycombat, Bodypump and CxWorx.

In 2007 I was lucky enough to spend a year traveling and teaching classes all over Australia.  When I returned in 2008 I knew I wanted to further my skills so qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist.

More recently I have become really passionate about cycling as a sport and have started doing Triathlons and Duathlons.
