Harriet Olliffe

I have always had an interest in health, fitness and physical activity. From playing netball competitively, horse riding and going to the gym to enjoying the outdoors and being as physically active as possible, my health comes as a priority.

I completed a degree in Sports Science and Coaching Studies and have since worked in sports development and health engagement. Being immersed in the industry, I decided I wanted to help people on a more personal basis and completed my Personal Training qualification. Driven by a passion for being fit for function and the opportunity to experience a long and healthy life, we can work together to ensure you enjoy being active and make your health and fitness a priority too.
