FitLife Academy

The FitLife academy is a fun and progressive fitness-based class which aims to develop strength and overall fitness for children aged 11-15 years old.

Many young adults and children participate in some level of sport. Most attend training sessions which focus solely on the skill of the sport. But to complete at any level, you must have athletic ability to do so. The FitLife Academy offers specific athletic training to develop young athletes.

Ladies That Lift

Strong is the new skinny!

Ladies that lift is a speciality small group training class that gives ladies the tools and confidence to weight train.

These sessions run every Thursday at 9.30am & Saturday at 11.00am during school term times. They take place on the gym floor.

Man Power

We have teamed up with active bucks to host Man Power. A resistance training class targeted at men who have been away from the gym for a while.

We will focus heavily on technique whilst still getting a good workout for all abilities.

The session takes place in our custom built strength area of the gym and is limited to just 8 people so booking is essential.

Each session costs just £4!
