After studying strength and conditioning science at St Marys University, my knowledge on physical development increased along with the passion for improving fitness and getting stronger. I have managed to work with many ages and capabilities, ranging from Juniors to Seniors, from professional athletes to disabled athletes, thus giving me a complex and proven teaching philosophy.

Sit ups – I just don’t see the functional benefits of putting the back in such a flexed position.
