I have never been the typical girly girl, I was always more interested in playing sports and being active rather than dressing barbies and playing with dolls houses. I just have this general love for being outside, whether it’s riding my horse, playing football or trail running in the woods. This crosses over into the way I like to train, I always have variety in my workouts and always push my body in different ways… Although, I must confess, I do have a weird obsession with burpees. I love to challenge myself and others with physical exercise, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing hard work pay off.
