Strong is the new skinny!
Ladies that lift is a speciality small group training class that gives ladies the tools and confidence to weight train.
These sessions run every Thursday at 9.30am & Saturday at 11.00am during school term times. They take place on the gym floor.
We run Ladies that lift in 6 week blocks which cover the following..
- Upper body
- Shoulders and Arms
- Single leg
These sessions are NOT included in your membership. Cost – £7.50 or £10 with a shake.
